We started Merode because we saw brilliant syndics drowning in admin work. They deserved better tools. So we built them.
The problem we saw
In 2023, we spent months shadowing syndics across Belgium. What we saw was eye-opening: talented property managers spending 70% of their time on repetitive admin tasks.
Answering the same questions. Processing invoices manually. Scheduling repairs. Sending reminders. Tasks that needed to be done, but didn't need their expertise.
Meanwhile, their residents waited for callbacks. Important decisions got delayed. Burnout was rampant.
